The overall experience was great and the hotel met our expectations. The view from the room is fantastic and the river calms and relaxes. We also liked the pool (and they have several). I will also put it as a plus, that the hotel is situated quite close to the wild nature and meeting monkey on your balcony/terrace is not a surprise :) If you mind your belongings and won't leave anything outside, you should be on a safe side. We kept our swim dress outside and they didn't seem to interest the monkeys, however I'd rather not experiment with the smartphones or jewellery. The experience was great, especially for our 8-year old son. Also, for me personally, I liked the kitchen of the restaurant.

The staff were so nice and the service was superb. We were welcomed with a drink, then a tour to the place and to our room. Our room and the view were exceptional. Upon booking this hotel, we cleared our itinerary and decided to just have a staycation since the photos of the place were nice and we thought it would be worthy to just relax for 3 days - we were right! When staying in a hotel with this view, spacious room and nice facilities, it is a waste of time to go out. If you wanna have a rest from all the noises of the busy beaches and cities, this is a must-book. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention their food - 3days of great food and views. Our stomach and eyes were full!

A 5-night stay here was just what we needed to wind down from an intensely busy period back home, and to kick iff 5 week stay in Bali. The views are amazing especially from the infinity pool. Our room with plunge pool was very comfortable and a generous size. Loved the buffet breakfast and afternoon tea each day was a treat. We booked a couple of massages and also two shuttles into Ubud. The shuttle is a necessary service as the resort is too far from Ubud to walk.
